Chimney cakes originally came from Transylvania, Hungary and are cylinders made of strips of sweet dough traditionally baked over charcoal. The Ice Cream Chimney Cake factory is a pop-up food outlet selling these delicious pastries filled with flavoured ice cream and topped with nuts or candy.
